Pilates was developed by Joseph Pilates in the 1920's. He was ahead of his time and developed machines and exercises that transformed bodies and lives. The Principles of Pilates are Centering, Concentration, Control, Precision, Breath, and Flow. Many people experience improved flexibility, muscle strength and tone particularly of their abdominal muscles, lower back and hips.
Who is Pilates for - Everyone regardless of age and gender can benefit from Pilates! Our programs are ideal for beginners, those who need post rehabilitation or experienced athletes and dancers.

We book you in for an initial one-hour private session which gives you a completely personalised experience. In this session we focus on your fitness goals and target any issues including injuries or problem areas. You will also learn how to use the specialised Pilates equipment.
After your initial private session, we offer one-hour semi-private sessions where we maintain the personalised attention you need. Your individual program will continually evolve with new challenges and experiences.
