Pilates was developed by Joseph Pilates in the 1920's. He was ahead of his time and developed machines and exercises that transformed bodies and lives. The Principles of Pilates are Centering, Concentration, Control, Precision, Breath, and Flow. Many people experience improved flexibility, muscle strength and tone particularly of their abdominal muscles, lower back and hips.
Who is Pilates for - Everyone regardless of age and gender can benefit from Pilates! Our programs are ideal for beginners, those who need post rehabilitation or experienced athletes and dancers.
